ABOUT THE ORGANIZER

About the WOW Awards

The Women of Worth Awards (WOW Awards) were created to recognize, celebrate, and elevate the extraordinary women who make Dripping Springs shine—often without recognition, applause, or spotlight.

This isn’t just another awards luncheon.

This is a movement of visibility.

Because in Dripping Springs, something remarkable is happening…

Women aren’t just contributing to the community—they’re quietly, powerfully leading it.

While many awards focus only on women in business, the WOW Awards were intentionally created to go beyond that. This is a celebration of every woman who makes a difference—from the business owner to the volunteer, the leader to the caregiver, the connector to the woman whose impact may never make headlines, but is deeply felt every single day.

At a time when women need to be seen, supported, and celebrated more than ever, the WOW Awards offer a dedicated space to do just that—right here at home.

This is where stories are shared. This is where impact is recognized. This is where women rise… together.

Why This Matters

When women are recognized, something powerful happens.

Confidence expands.
Connection deepens.
Possibility multiplies.

The WOW Awards are more than a celebration—they are a catalyst. A ripple effect. A moment that says: We see you. We value you. And your impact matters. And that’s something worth investing in.

The Women of Worth Awards were founded by Lisa Sullivan, a Dripping Springs resident since 2005 and a passionate advocate for women, community, and meaningful connection.

Lisa is the founder of The Happiness Element and creator of Camp Atta Girl!, a series of transformative women’s retreats designed to help women reconnect with themselves through movement, joy, and personal growth.

Since launching her first retreat in Dripping Springs in 2018, she has expanded her work across Texas and beyond—bringing together women from all walks of life to step into their confidence, courage, and authenticity.

Professionally, Lisa serves in a leadership role for the City of Dripping Springs, where she oversees People, Communications, Marketing, and Tourism. Her work focuses on building community, creating impactful experiences, and elevating the stories that make Dripping Springs unique.

She is also the host of the Be an Adorable Badass podcast, where she shines a light on real, everyday women who are showing up bravely and living with purpose.

The WOW Awards are a natural extension of Lisa’s life’s work.

For years, she has created spaces where women feel seen, celebrated, and empowered. With WOW, she is bringing that same energy to the broader community—combining her professional experience in event creation and community engagement with her personal mission to uplift women.

This isn’t just an event she’s producing.

It’s a reflection of everything she stands for.

Join us for this inaugural bold, high-energy celebration honoring the women of Dripping Springs who lead, lift, and inspire!
