This award recognizes a woman whose actions make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Through service, passion, and purpose, she strengthens the heart of the community.
The Hometown Heroine Award
For the woman who is the soul of the town.

This is given to a woman who embodies the spirit, warmth, and soul of Dripping Springs. She is the heartbeat of this community… the one who makes it feel like home.
The Fearless Founder Award
For the one who didn’t wait for a path… she made one

For the woman who is still ICONIC. Still untouchable. Still wearing a crown and sneakers and dances to life!
This is given to a woman who boldly shows up as her authentic self… fierce, fun, and unapologetically powerful. She’s the perfect blend of heart and hustle, and she inspires others to be the same. She dances to life despite any challenges that come her way. She helps fix the crown on other women, and she fights for women with kindness, grace and joy. This is our Inspiration award!
Each category will feature three finalists, with the WOW winner revealed during the celebration.
Nominations Open Late May
How Winners Are Chosen
The Women of Worth Awards are intentionally designed to ensure a fair, thoughtful, and unbiased selection process.
Each category begins with a pool of community nominations, from which six nominees are selected.
Those nominees are then reviewed by an independent panel of women who live outside of Dripping Springs—bringing fresh perspective and no personal connection to the nominees. These panelists have experienced Lisa’s retreats and understand the heart of what it means to lead, lift, and inspire.
From the six nominees, the panel selects three finalists and one winner in each category.
This process ensures that every honoree is chosen based on her impact, her story, and her contributions—not popularity or personal connections.
Because this isn’t about who you know. It’s about the difference you make.
